You are ready to live a life that is pain-free and happy!
This program brings YOD (yoga and H.I.I.T.) as a tool to decrease pain in your body and life and amp up your energy and happiness! The program includes 3-weeks of unlimited Power Yoga and YOD classes, weekly meetings and exploring the use of other tools and practices. You will relieve stress in your life and body, set measurable goals and have the support of a group of people just like you! We will explore diet and nutrition, the anatomy and range of mobility of our bodies and how our minds, physical health and energy are all connected. Program Meetings are hosted online.
