YOD all Day Immersion
Do you love yoga, running, Crossfit and weight lifting smarter not harder? YES? Well this class is for you! Come experience the YOD from 9 am – 5 pm! You will feel the benefit of yoga, body weight strength building movements and high intensity in a 60 minutes class and feel empowered by the end of the day to take that action off your mat and into your life!
You will discover the WHY of YOD and experience the principles of Be a Yes. Take Action. And Follow Through as it relates on your mat and off your mat. You will experience Optimal Alignment and have a breakthrough in your way of being. You will discover how your thoughts can enhance your movements, thoughts and life to move pain free, live in integrity and be happy.
You will be immersed in the world of YOD with movement, meditation and self inquiry to have a personal experience of how the core principles of yoga and YOD have an impact on the body, mind, and spirit.
You will leave with a clear understanding of what you are a yes for, what action you need to take and how the follow through looks like in your life. You will leave inspired to create and take action in your life.

Anatomy & Alignment Immersion
You will discover anatomy and Optimal Alignment as it relates to yoga and YOD movements. You will experience Optimal Alignment and have a breakthrough in your way of being and lead from service. You will learn muscle activation principles to create balance, integrity and injury prevention in the body.
You will be immersed in the world of Optimal Alignment and anatomy to have a personal experience of how the core principles of yoga and YOD have an impact on the body, mind, and spirit. You will learn by observing common actions, alignment, and injuries of the human body.
You will leave with a clear understanding of the most important bones, muscles and movements of the body. You will be confident in your understanding, speaking and teaching to be able to make an impact in your students bodies.
