Anatomy & Alignment Immersion
You will discover anatomy and Optimal Alignment as it relates to yoga and YOD movements. Youwill experience Optimal Alignment and have a breakthrough in your way of being and lead from service. You will learn muscle activation principles to create balance, integrity and injury prevention in the body.
You will be immersed in the world of Optimal Alignment and anatomy to have a personal experience of how the core principles of yoga and YOD have an impact on the body, mind, and spirit. You will learn by observing common actions, alignment, and injuries of the human body.
You will leave with a clear understanding of the most important bones, muscles and movements of the body. You will be confident in your understanding, speaking and teaching to be able to make an impact in your students bodies.
